Individual constellations

Opstellingen, also known as systemic constellations or family constellations, are a form of psychotherapy developed to illuminate hidden dynamics within family or organizational systems. During a constellation, a physical representation is created of key elements, such as family members or aspects of a problem, using people or objects to represent the different components. These representations are then placed in the space relative to each other, making the relationships and interactions visible.

By observing these constellations, hidden patterns, entanglements, or blockages in the system can be perceived and explored. The therapist guides the process and helps you gain insight into the dynamics at play. Constellations are often used to uncover underlying causes of problems or conflicts and to explore possibilities for healing and growth. They can be applied in various contexts, including individual therapy and family counseling.
