Practical information

Health Insurance Reimbursement As a healthcare provider, I am affiliated with the Association for the Promotion of Alternative Medicine (VBAG) and registered with the Collaborative EMDR Therapists Netherlands: www.emdr-nederland.nl. The costs of treatment are partially or fully reimbursed from supplementary insurance. The website www.vbag.nl provides more information on reimbursements from health insurers.

Disciplinary and complaints procedure

It is always preferable to discuss your complaint first with the therapist. If you are unable to resolve it together or prefer not to do so, you can file a complaint via the website of the professional association VBAG: www.vbag.nl, under general information, complaints, and disputes.

Professional Secrecy

Professional secrecy applies to treatments and conversations in the practice. Personal and/or medical data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Consultation with General Practitioner and medication

Use before starting treatment, it is advisable to consult your (family) doctor. A referral from the GP is not necessary. Only in consultation with the treating physician can changes be made to the amount of prescribed medication. As a therapist, I do not have the knowledge or authority to advise or make statements about this.

Location

The treatments take place in my practice in Ruurlo at Domineesteeg 16, 7261 AS. The practice is wheelchair accessible and has a waiting room and toilet facilities. There is ample free parking nearby. Ruurlo train station is an 8-minute walk away.

Digital Intake

Intakes can also be conducted digitally if desired using Teams.

Collaboration

The practice values collaboration with therapists in both conventional and complementary healthcare. In its view, energy therapy is complementary to conventional care, and clients may benefit from being treated from multiple perspectives.

Reimbursement

The treatments of Energy healing therapy and EMDR may be reimbursed by health insurance or by the client's employer. Most health insurers fully or partially reimburse the consultations. A referral letter from the GP is not necessary for this type of reimbursement.

Reimbursement varies per insurance company and comes from the supplementary package, not the basic package.

As part of a reintegration process, absenteeism management, or absenteeism prevention, the client's employer may fully or partially reimburse the treatment trajectory. At the beginning of this process, the intake interview is conducted, during which the treatment plan is drawn up. Subsequently, your employer will receive a quote for the customized treatment trajectory. Different rates apply to this trajectory.

Rates:

For home treatments, a travel fee of € 0.37 per km will be charged.

It is appreciated if a scheduled appointment is rescheduled in case of hindrance, at least 24 hours in advance, so that another appointment can be scheduled. In case of a no-show, the agreed appointment will be charged.

After the treatment, you will receive the invoice, which you can easily pay with iDeal. You can then claim the invoice from your health insurer if you have supplementary insurance. In the case of an absenteeism process through your employer, the invoice will be sent to the employer.

The own contribution does not apply to naturopathic consultations.

Low rates:
My hourly rate is generally lower than that of qualitatively comparable professionals. This is because I believe that energy healing therapy and constellations should be accessible to everyone. Because my practice is based at home, I can keep my operating costs low.
